Lesson on 5th March: Scatter Diagrams

Today we looked a bit at Scatter Diagrams. These are useful if you want to compare two things (or variables). We looked at three kinds of correlation (matching):

  • Positive correlation - one variable increases as the other variable increases
  • Negative correlation - one variable increases as the other variable decreases
  • No correlation - one variable makes no difference to the other

Details of what we did are here.
